About Me

Hi, I'm Aaron — and I've spent the last 18+ years in the thick of childhood development, from preschool classrooms to autism therapy to learner-driven education at Acton Academy Kuala Lumpur.
Along the way, I kept noticing the same gap. Parents who deeply loved their chilrne but weren't sure how to talk to them about the real stuff sex, money, failure, risk. And children who were bright and capable, but hadn't been given the chance to build the inner muscles they'd actually need in life.
That's why I created The Life Courage Lab.
Here, we believe parenting isn't about protecting children from the world it's about preparing them for it. Through workshops and guided conversations, I help families practice five essential muscles: courage, discernment, responsibility, resilience, and agency. These aren't traits children are born with. They're built through honest conversations, real experiences, and the willingness to sit with uncomfortable topics together.
Whether we're talking about bodies and boundaries, money, entrepreneurship, or bouncing back from failure every conversation is a rep. And every rep makes your child stronger.
If you're ready to stop avoiding the hard conversations and start having them with confidence, you're in the right place.
